Groups Holiday Schedule

As we approach the holiday season, we want to share our schedule to help you plan and continue receiving the support you need. Here is an overview of our closures and special arrangements for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter Break, and New Year’s Day:

Holiday Schedule and Member Support

Thanksgiving Day & Christmas DayThere will be no scheduled groups, including make-up sessions, on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We will hold provider sessions (make-up groups and RX assistance groups) the day after Thanksgiving. Our recovery support specialists will be available 24/7 if anything comes up at (888) 560-1062.

New Year’s DayGroups, including make-up groups, will be held as usual on Wednesday, January 1, and our dedicated team will be here to support you. We understand that the new year can bring up a lot of feelings, and we want to be there to start 2025 together!

Groups’ Winter Break SupportAt Groups, our team has off December 23 to 27 for a well-deserved Winter Break. During this time, we will offer a limited number of make-up groups to support your recovery while allowing our team some time to recharge. The availability of these sessions may vary by state, and your care team will share further details on group options as the dates approach.

Thank you for being part of our community. We’re here to support you through the joys and challenges of the holiday season. If you have any questions or need additional support, please reach out to us. In the meantime, feel free to explore our article on helpful tips for managing the holidays.
